Q: How and where do I start?Sold

A: Right here...The fact that you're reading this is an important first step. Most importantly, you have to start by hiring a licensed REALTOR, the key to the successful sale of your home. We believe that we have some of the best in the area.

Q: Ok...Now what?

A:  Once you contact us by phone or email, we'll set up an appointment to begin an in depth consultation of your personal needs. Everyone's different, your particular situation may be straightforward, or extremely complex.

     This will help us understand where you're moving to, timeframes, financial needs and requirements, special information about your home, marketing and much,much more. This will help us create a specialized program for the sale of your home.

Q: How much will this cost me?

A:Every real estate transaction is different and despite whatever you may have heard, all commissions are negotiable and are directly related to the market value of your home. That being said, it will depend on your particular situation and set of circumstances. In most instances we charge less for Residential sales as opposed to commercial and investment properties. We believe that we are extremely competitive within our industry.

Q: How long will it take for you to sell my home?

 A: While we don't have a crystal ball, we do have incredible statistical data and resources that will allow us to provide a very accurate opinion on when your property should sell. The successful sale of your home is also determined by proper pricing, location, and condition as well as many, many more factors.

      As the market is always changing or in some state of flux, we will be able to provide you with a reliable timeframe regardless of market conditions. This timeframe can be changed by your ability to adjust terms, price, and other criteria that are within your control.

Q: I've heard about Agents listing the home and then not contacting the Seller for months, is this true?

A:While we hope not, we cannot speak for anyone other than ourselves. We establish an Update Schedule" with our clients so that we strike a comfortable balance of keeping you informed. We can contact you with updates and reports daily, weekly, or monthly. You're in control and it's completely up to you!

Q: Can you still sell my house if I'm in financial trouble or about to go to foreclosure?

A: Definitely...We have represented both sides of the transaction, from banks to  who are having financial difficulty. Contact us for a confidential discussion of how we can help. In most cases, you won't have to worry about a brokerage fee and other home related costs.
