David Loy joined the Goldizen\Riley Group after serving his country for 35 years in uniform. David retired as an Army Colonel, and returned to his hometown of Winchester to continue to serve you - in your Real Estate needs. After graduating Number One in in his Officer Candidate Class, David embarked on a career that led him to serve in leadership positions at the very highest levels within the Department of Defense.

  David has the knowledge and skill to assist you in your personal, professional or business plans as he earned his Bachelors degree in business; and his Masters degree in Strategic Studies. In addition, David has invested in real estate and has had rental property for over 30 years. He also brings an added dimension to the Goldizen\Riley Group as he a licensed auctioneer in the state of Virginia, having graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa.

  David's professional real estate affiliations include National Association of Realtors; Virginia Association of Realtors; Blue Ridge Board of Realtors; and his professional auctioneer affiliations include: National Auctioneers Association; Virginia Auctioneers Association.
